VendeT-Venezuela is a classified ads platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not part of transactions: we don't handle payments or deliveries, and we're not responsible for listed products.

3. Posting ads

Users can post ads for free. By posting an ad, you declare that:

• The product is legitimate and legal for sale.
• Photos and descriptions are truthful and correspond to the actual product.
• You have the legal right to sell the product.

Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, dangerous products, or those that violate third-party rights are prohibited.

4. Credit system

Credits are a virtual currency used to feature listings. Credits are non-refundable and have no value outside the platform.

5. User conduct

Not allowed: spam, scams, fake listings, offensive content, or posting personal data of others without their consent.

6. Liability

VendeT-Venezuela does not guarantee the truthfulness of listings or the quality of transactions. Users act at their own risk. We recommend taking precautions during transactions.

7. Terms modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published.
